The Quintodecimo 2018 Fiano di Avellino Exultet is soft and texturally rich with a 365-degree approach that wraps beautifully over all the senses. The wine is decadent and soft, yielding and powerful all at the same time. The aromas embrace peach, nectarine and Golden Delicious apple, with hints of toasted almond, yellow rose and exotic fruit. Exultet also shows a hint of crushed limestone or oyster shell that serves to frame the fruit and submit it to greater focus and sharpness.
