I am looking for a bottle or a vintage not listed on the products page. Any chance you can help me?

We display the most recent vintages for our broad selection of top Italian wines on the product page. If you are looking for something else, an older vintage or a not listed wine, please contact our customer care team through the Contact page. We may already have the product in stock or be able to find it for you. 

How do I know you carefully stored your bottles?

We foster and maintain close relationships with our shipping partners to ensure proper, temperature-controlled storage from when the bottles leave the cellar to when they reach your doorsteps. When the bottles arrive in our facility, we inspect them by hand to assess that their overall condition meets our strict standards.

My bottles were damaged in transit, what do I do?

Please contact our customer care team through the Contact page. They will be glad to assist you and ensure you can enjoy your purchase as soon as possible.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our team purchases wines from direct sources in Italy. Our bottles may take up to 45 days to reach our clients in the United States, depending on US customs clearance and weather conditions, to ensure your purchases' highest safekeeping. For this reason, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. Our customer care team will contact you via e-mail upon arrival with an update on the delivery date.

I hate paying for shipping!

We hate charging for shipping as well. We ship directly from Italy every order to minimize transit times and ensure perfect provenance. To cover direct international air shipping, we charge $49 for each shipment under $1,200 and ship orders above that for free. Members have free shipping rights no matter the order size.

Can I place an order for a business?

How do you ensure that the bottles don't suffer damage from temperature changes?

Since its release from the cellar, we promise always to store your purchase in a professional, temperature-controlled space. While in transit, our bottles are in the hands of reliable shipping partners with a structured cold-shipping distribution chain across the country.

Can you ship to my state?

Some state shipping laws restrict our ability to ship wine. If your state is not available as a shipping option at checkout, please e-mail us or fill the form on the Contact page to discuss your options.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

How should I prepare for my delivery?

Please note that we ship all of our packages with Adult Signature Required service, as is required by Federal Law. Please ensure that an adult over the age of 21 will be available to receive and sign for your package.
